Round
Mate originated
as the first “Round” Interchangeable
Insert Molding System. The Round
Mate master frames and inserts are available
in 4, 6 and 8 inches. They are standard with
built in water cooling and guided ejection.
The master frames are adaptable for different
applications such as: 3
Plate Gating,
Electric and Hydraulic Unscrewing for both
A and B halves of the mold, Stripper A and Stripper
B, Parting Line Runner and the all new Micro
Series. Other options for the standard master
frames are also available such as: Water Manifold,
Clamp Plate and (EX) Expandable Option.

Systems
2 is a “Rectangular” Interchangeable Insert
Molding System. Systems
2 has all the same benefits and features as Round Mate but
it was designed to allow more real estate for larger parts. Systems
2 master frames are available in 8x11, 10x15, 12x18 and 14x24.
The inserts are also readily available in 11”, 15”,
18” and 24”. This system is ideal for large production
runs or prototyping.

Side
Load is an insert
system designed to be compatible with industry standard U-Frames.
This system is engineered for high tolerance parts and contains
more useable space based on a true centerline. Side Load comes
standard with parting line interlocks and guided ejection. This
system also goes beyond industry standards by offering integrated
cover side ejection.

Cavity
Ready is a series of value
added components ready for cavity detail for any application.
Cavity
Ready Slides come in pre-built assemblies for all Modular
Mold products or other standard industry products. Our slide assemblies
promote faster mold build and lower cost. Hot
runner systems are also Cavity Ready in 4, 6 and 8 drop units.
Our Cavity Ready Hot Runners reduce waste and promote faster cycles.
